Pat Dolnik joined Library Terrace Assisted Living as Executive Director in 2022.

Pat is an experienced senior living leader who brings a compassionate approach to her role as Executive Director. For close to 30 years, she worked as Executive Director for a senior community in the Milwaukee area and managed their Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Pat returned to Kenosha in 2015 to serve seniors here. She has continued to focus on creating a supportive community, building relationships with residents and their families, and fostering compassionate care.

Pat was born and raised in Kenosha. She and her two sisters attended local schools and are proud graduates of Bradford High School. Pat’s Irish heritage was a big part of their families’ traditions. St. Patrick’s Day continues to be her favorite holiday. Pat attended UW-Whitewater and graduated with a degree in Social Work. She completed an internship at Washington Manor in Kenosha and it was there she realized her love for working with seniors. 

Pat and her husband, John, have three sons. They have all pursued their passions, and Pat is thankful that they have all settled in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Pat enjoys traveling, baking, family-time and taking walks with their dog, Maggie.

Ashley Pluff RN joined the staff as a caregiver in 2019 while in nursing school. She then assumed the role of Wellness Coordinator at Library Terrace Suites in 2022.

Ashley grew up in the close-knit community of Baileys Harbor in Door County, where strong community values and meaningful connections shaped her passion for helping others. Inspired by her upbringing, she pursued a career in healthcare and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carthage College in 2020.

She currently serves as a Wellness Coordinator at Library Terrace, where she focuses on supporting residents’ overall well-being and quality of life. Her nursing background includes experience in both hospice care and medical-surgical nursing in a hospital setting, which has strengthened her ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across a variety of needs. She is dedicated to building trusting relationships with residents and their families while promoting dignity, comfort, and individualized care.

In her free time, she likes spending time with friends, enjoying the outdoors, watching sports, traveling to Door County to see her family, and reading.

Lisa Przekurat RN joined the staff at Library Terrace Apartments as the Wellness Coordinator in 2018 .

Lisa was in the Army Reserves for 8 years while her husband was active duty in the Army. She spent those years traveling wherever the Army took their family in addition to pursuing her college education in nursing.

Lisa’s persistence in receiving her education paid off in 2009 when she graduated from Western Oklahoma State College with an Associates of Science in Nursing.
After graduation she began her career as a floor nurse on a Medical/ surgical/ orthopedic and neurosurgery unit. She worked for 2 years in that area of the hospital before transitioning to nursing in home health care.

In 2013, they moved their family to Wisconsin, and Lisa returned to school to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She graduated in 2016 from UW Milwaukee. During that time, she also worked as a float nurse at Wheaton hospital. After 5 years of working in the hospital’s float pool, Lisa realized she really enjoyed working and caring for older adults. In 2018, Lisa joined the staff of Library Terrace as the RN Wellness Coordinator.

Lisa is married with 2 adult children. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing competitive family games and yard games, playing basketball, doing outdoor projects and yard work. She also looks forward to a hot beach day and collecting beach glass.

Ambrogio (Brodie) Pirovano joined the staff of Library Terrace as the Executive Chef/ Dining Manager in 2024.

As the Dining Manager, his philosophy is to create a meaningful dining experience each and every day that supports both nutrition and quality of life.

Brodie was born and raised in Milan, Italy, where his passion for food and hospitality began. He graduated from the Culinary Institute in Milan and eventually developed a strong appreciation for the connection between food, emotion, and overall well-being. He went on to earn a master’s degree in psychology in 2001 from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

He moved to the United States in January 2007, initially settling in San Diego, California, before relocating to Kenosha, Wisconsin in July 2014. His professional experience spans both culinary and business sectors, including building and training a sales network for a wine company in California.

He is a devoted family man who values spending quality time with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the drums as well as reading and fishing.

For over 35 years, he has also been deeply involved in volunteer work through his church, supporting Italian communities across the United States, including California, Illinois, Texas, Arizona, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

His life and career are guided by a strong belief in impacting others positively and building meaningful relationships.
